Welcome to FBFive, a non-gambling, virtual token-based football prediction game. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&C). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use FBFive. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the platform and engage in any transactions (e.g., purchases of coins or memberships).

1.2. Use of FBFive is restricted to individuals residing in regions where participation in virtual prediction games is legal. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

1.3. We may suspend accounts if we reasonably believe a user does not meet the age or consent requirements.

2. Non-Gambling Nature of FBFive

2.1. FBFive is not a gambling platform. All activities involve virtual FBF Coins and Tokens with no monetary value. These cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.

2.2. Participation in FBFive is for entertainment purposes only. No financial risk or reward is associated with gameplay.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1. You must provide accurate information during registration, including a valid email address and nickname.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account. Do not reuse passwords from other services.

3.3. Notify us immediately at info@fbfive.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency

4.1. FBF Coins, Tokens, nameplates, emojis, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value.

4.2. Virtual items are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold, traded, or exchanged.

4.3. We may adjust, limit, or remove virtual items or balances if required for safety, fraud prevention, fairness, or legal compliance.

5. Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

5.1. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

5.2. Personal information (such as email and nickname) is used to manage your account, provide services, and communicate updates. We do not sell your data and only share it with third parties for essential service provision (e.g., hosting providers) or as required by law.

5.4. We retain certain records for limited periods where required by law or to protect legitimate interests (e.g., security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution).

5.5. Administrative Access and Corrections: We may access, review, and correct account data when necessary to maintain platform integrity, resolve errors, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or respond to support requests. Any such access is limited to what is reasonably required for these purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content on FBFive, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to FBFive and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6.2. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission from us.

7. User-Generated Content

7.1. If you submit content (e.g., chat messages, usernames, profile content), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and use it in connection with operating the platform.

7.2. You are responsible for your content and must not post unlawful, abusive, or infringing material. We may remove content at our discretion.

8. User Conduct

8.1. You agree to use FBFive for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.

8.2. Prohibited activities include cheating, hacking, creating multiple accounts for unfair advantage, or engaging in abusive behavior.

8.3. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination without notice.

9. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

9.1. FBFive offers optional purchases of virtual items (e.g., FBF Coins, memberships) for real money or in-game currency. Transactions are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., PayPal). Billing information is not stored by FBFive.

9.2. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

9.3. Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases unless you consent to immediate access and waive this right. By using purchased items or services (e.g., coins, memberships), you agree to waive this right.

9.4. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) where required by law.

9.5. Membership trials convert to paid subscriptions after the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancellation instructions are available via your account or by contacting info@fbfive.com.

9.6. Paid memberships auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date.

10. Service Availability and Changes

10.1. FBFive is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10.2. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

11. Liability and Disclaimers

11.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FBFive.

11.2. We are not responsible for user-generated content or actions taken by other users on the platform.

12. Termination of Access

12.1. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these T&C or to protect the platform and users.

12.2. You may terminate your account by contacting info@fbfive.com. Termination will result in deletion of your data in line with GDPR and applicable retention obligations.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1. These T&C are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

13.2. We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably by contacting us first. EU residents may access dispute resolution resources through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

14. Updates to Terms and Conditions

14.1. We may update these T&C to reflect legal or product changes. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

14.2. Continued use of FBFive after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
